For your health, it is very important to exercise regularly, even if it is just walking every day.
You also should try and adopt a healthy eating lifestyle. I don’t recommend fad diets.
I personally love getting my exercise outside, but this isn’t always possible depending on the weather. Personal exercise equipment inside my house didn’t work well for me. There are some people that actually use the equipment, but it wasn’t for me. You can find out what works best for you.
