I absolutely love it when people share their crochet work with me, and I read all of your comments!! I try my best to respond within a week or less. If you don’t hear back from me, the quickest way to reach me is through Facebook.  I wanted to share some of the pictures that I have in my files, and I will continue to add more over the years. If I am missing any, please send me a picture via Facebook, and I will add it. Thank you so much for sharing!!

I will be sharing crochet pictures a little differently for the year 2019. I will save all of the crochet pictures that people send me for the year 2019. The crochet pictures must be from one of my free YouTube video tutorials. At the end of the year, I will pick one person that shared the most completed crochet pictures for the year 2019. You can be from anywhere in the world! I will send you a free surprise of my choice on 31Dec2019.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. I will send you the tracking# after I mail your package. The surprise may be a gift card via email depending on where the prize winner is from. If you are younger than 18 years of age, I need parental/guardian consent in order for you to receive the free surprise of my choice.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

I will change the featured picture at the top, and on my HOME page, periodically. It was very difficult picking only one from all of the beautiful crochet work! The picture that I chose to feature the end of the year 2018 and the beginning of 2019 was by φωτεινη Σιωσιου. I chose the picture for the following reasons: The person is from Greece (How awesome is that? The internet is amazing), they made an heirloom Crochet Christmas scene using several of my crochet designs, and last but not least how adorable do they look?!?!

Here are the rest of the pictures of crochet work shared with me from 9Nov18 until 1Jan2019.

Thank you very much to everyone that has visited my new website and blog. I have placed all of the entries in the “Paris” decorative box, and I will be mixing up the entries until the drawing on 1May18. One name will be drawn randomly. It is free to enter the random drawing. No purchase necessary! I have 66,709 subscribers on my YouTube Channel as of 23 Apr 2018 and growing daily, but as you can see, there is only a small number that like participating in giveaways for whatever reason. This makes your odds of winning much better, and it is still manageable for me to hold these giveaways for you! It is my way of saying Thank You, and it is fun for me too!

I wanted to share with you some of the wonderful comments that I received from people. These are the same type of people that have been so supportive of me over the years. They are generous people with hearts of gold. I just wanted to let you know that I also recognized all of my loyal followers, and I wanted to thank you for supporting me!!!  I am not going to post the short comments of support, even though those make my day as well. I am just going to post a few of the longer comments:

From Judy L.: “Hi Helen!…yes I am from the U.S. I am…years old as well. I love watching your videos, and love how you explain step by step everything! I can’t wait to see who wins the giveaway. Thank you so much for doing such a sweet and thoughtful thing for your subscribers. You are amazing!”

From “Mae west of the Rockies”:  “I’m actually 18×3 lol  …(she put her age) here. I love all your patterns, you are truly gifted. Last year I started the MM pattern, then I had Christmas gifts to finish and put yours aside. Now I want to get back to it, but have completely forgot where I left off. Any ideas on how to figure that out? Once it’s complete, I’m donating to a wonderful organization for their annual fundraiser. Helping Hands is near and dear to my heart, as I am a recipient of one of their helper monkeys, as I am in a wheelchair. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!”

From Judy C.: “I want to participate in the giveaway. 🙂 I’m proud to be from the USA! I am way over 18 years old. LOL 🙂 I love your tutorials…Everyone wants a Husky Dog! Took an extra small dog Husky to a retirement apartment center. Gave him to one of my best great friends for a gift exchange at her apartment. (((Everyone fell in love with “Lucky”!))) I think I’ll make her a cat and 2 small dogs for her birthday in the summer 🙂 and one of those awesome kitchen towels…She did not turn the Husky in yet for the exchange cause she is showing it off to everybody! She wants to keep it…:)–she didn’t show it to her granddaughter because she would want it. The apartment tenants are even asking for cats too!…..crocheting the huskies has been such a stress relief…He said “Rascal” brings him luck…The magic of crochet…That is the definition of some awesome patterns and a great deal of fun for everybody. Kudos to you Helenmay!

Crochet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Dog.jpg18341659_609383519250633_3211330586636127895_n

I was contacted via my blog by Linda and she said: “Hi Helen. I downloaded your King Charles spaniel last year and have crocheted the head and one leg before I had… health issues. I pulled out my basket yesterday to work on him but when I went to my computer to pull up the pattern, it wasn’t there. My computer had to be restored back to mfg settings a few months ago so I have lost the pattern.  Is there any way you can send me the pattern. I will be happy to pay extra from what you ask to get it. Thank you   Linda Travis in North Carolina”

My Crochet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Dog used to be only a PDF written pattern, but now it has a YouTube video tutorial!  I first wrote the pattern 3 years ago and I just made the YouTube video tutorial on 17Dec20.  If you would like to purchase the written pattern, here is the direct Ravelry link: Crochet Cavalier Spaniel Dog PDF Written Pattern.

Here are the YouTube video tutorials:

Part 2 of 2 video tutorial:

The following was written on my blog prior to 18Apr19.  I updated it on 17Dec20.

I like to crochet for charitable causes, and I made my Crochet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Dog written pattern for my Hope Zero Prostate Cancer Fundraiser Giveaway in September 2017.  I gave the crochet written pattern away for free to those who participated in the fundraiser. I didn’t receive any money from the fundraiser. 100% of the donations went directly to Hope Zero Prostate Cancer. I then placed the downloadable written pattern on Ravelry as a paid pattern. The downloadable PDF written pattern was available for free on my blog until 17Dec20.   If you would like to see the names of the winners from my Hope Zero Prostate Cancer Fundraiser Giveaway in September 2017, here is the non-monetized short video clip:
