One of my Helenmay Crochet Special Donor Members asked me to create a Crochet Great Dane Dog. Soon after that, I was contacted by Helen Woodward Animal Center to see if I was interested in creating a crochet dog for their Helen Woodward Mardi Gras 5k doggie run.
